Renergy Overseas Limited was established in 2008 and is located in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in Pudong New Area. The company has long been engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of intelligent control systems for marine equipment, ship power propulsion systems, and integrated solutions for clean energy. We are committed to decarbonizing shipping and improving energy efficiency in maritime transportation, as well as promoting the application of clean energy. We actively support the national strategic goals of "peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality."

Currently, the company has obtained ISO 9000 quality system certification, BV factory certification, and high-tech enterprise certification from the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. It also holds multiple patents, including five utility model patents and over 40 software copyrights and intellectual property rights. Our products have passed the product inspections and received certificates from nine major classification societies, including the China Classification Society (CCS), Norway’s DNV, and the UK’s Lloyd’s Register (LRs).
