RUIYI(SHANGHAI) was established in 2008 and is located in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in Pudong New Area. The company has long been engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of intelligent control systems for marine equipment, ship power propulsion systems, and integrated solutions for clean energy. We are committed to decarbonizing shipping and improving energy efficiency in maritime transportation, as well as promoting the application of clean energy. We actively support the national strategic goals of "peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality."
Currently, the company has obtained ISO 9000 quality system certification, BV factory certification, and high-tech enterprise certification from the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. It also holds multiple patents, including five utility model patents and over 40 software copyrights and intellectual property rights. Our products have passed the product inspections and received certificates from nine major classification societies, including the China Classification Society (CCS), Norway’s DNV, and the UK’s Lloyd’s Register (LRs).

Ocean and Ships
We specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of ship electric propulsion systems, main-side thruster propulsion systems, and intelligent control solutions. Its product portfolio includes propulsion motors, generators, and drives for various marine equipment, and its products are certified by nine major classification societies. The company is committed to promoting the smartization and decarbonization of shipping.
Renewable energy
We are actively engaged in the integrated application of clean energy sources such as solar, wind, and ocean energy. We have already completed several pilot projects, offering services including solar panel installation on ships, power quality management, and energy storage systems, thereby supporting the practical implementation of clean energy in the shipping and industrial sectors.
Energy-saving renovation
Our core business is variable-frequency energy-saving control systems, which are applied to main engine cooling pumps, cargo oil pumps, and other equipment. By employing intelligent PID control, these systems can achieve energy savings of 50% to 80%, significantly reducing energy consumption and emissions. They are highly operable and easy to maintain.
Petroleum and Petrochemical Natural Gas
We provides specialized variable-frequency control solutions for industries such as oil and gas, including variable-frequency systems for cargo oil pumps. By leveraging efficient power control, these solutions meet industry-specific requirements and help customers achieve energy savings, reduced consumption, and safe operations.
